Using a ballet bar, Barre is a full-body workout focusing on core and mindful movements that deliver remarkable results.
You’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. You will leave feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Classes
Duration: 45 minutes
High intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are excellent cardio workouts to burn calories and gain stamina. This class is 45 minutes and you will feel energized when you walk out that door. Students will give 100% during the quick and intense burst training.
HIIT can provide an extreme advantage for people trying to get healthy and lose or maintain bodyweight by keeping your heart rate up and burning more fat in less time.

Zuu is a high intensity low impact exercise regimen that is geared towards increasing human mobility, getting your heart pumping, and building your muscles. The exercises are perfectly modified from post-rehabilitation, seniors, and beginners to the elite level athlete.
As a group, we will motivate each other and move at individual levels so athletes of all levels will be able to participate in a single class. Primal movement is the key to healthy bodies, healthy minds, and pushing the current limits of our physical fitness to achieve a cutting edge in competition for those looking for a new challenge.
