Yoga Flow Classes

Duration: 45 minutes

Total Body Fitness’s Yoga Flow class incorporates relaxation, breathwork, and energizing movement. Students will focus on connecting breath as they flow through each pose.

Students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. All are welcome in this multilevel class.

Hot Vinyasa Flow Classes

Duration: 1 Hour

Be ready to sweat it out in this flow! The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, stimulate the nervous system, and revitalize the body and mind.

We offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.

Restorative Yoga Classes

Duration: 1 Hour

Enjoy a calming practice to balance your mind and body, reduce stress, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. Restorative Yoga focuses on supporting the muscles and body tissue to promote deep relaxation and healing.

Poses include light twists, seated forward folds, gentle backbends, and more. Great for all ages and experience levels.

Vinyasa Flow Classes

Duration: 1 Hour

One of the more popular contemporary styles, this creative and fun style of yoga incorporates movement connected to the breath. The postures are linked as a sequence and run together smoothly. Modifications will be offered for beginners.
